Guest berti Posted November 23, 2005 Share Posted November 23, 2005 hello to everyone who replied to my october posting regarding the non-arrival of the free gift of a tool set with my mmm and out and about subscrition renewal. to up-date.. collette from mmm customer service team asked me to contact her and she would personally check to see what the problem was. i did so and she assured me that i would receive the gift within the week and a back copy of out and about as a goodwill gesture. both the items arrived on monday and the tool kit is excellent...lots of useful items and very compact.. so no more searching in my old, decrepit tool box only to find the one item i need isn't there !!! thanks collette for excellent customer service... i am very impressed. kind regards berti Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
