I do not know what show it is you are going to but normally, Warners shows charges are for the weekend from Friday night with usually an extra payment for Thursday night: probably £5. There is no 'nightly charge'.
Yes, the camping charge includes unlimited entry to the show.
If you want to go as a day visitor it will be a charge per person.

And as Harvey has stated there are 2 prices, Thurs to Mon or Fri to Mon. In this case £45 or £42 respectively. So your 2 nights will cost £45.
Warners policy is usually that only campers can attend the entertainment so your day visitor option (£7 each) would exclude you from the entertainment.
