Just found this on the Internet www.365campingcaravanning.com which lists 'All Year' sites by UK region as well as France and Spain. Also lists other sites e.g. Adult Only sites.

It's also worth mentioning that Campsite Finder at the top of this page also details All Year sites by region or site name.

It seems that once you start looking you find lots of websites that show 'All year' sites. A good one for 'All Year' sites in Europe is ACSI, if you get the DVD and load it on to yur PC then it is easy to just take a look as and when you feel like it. Just type in the opening period you require e.g. 1 Jan 09 - 31 Dec 09 and it will list all the sites open throughout this period. However, that is quite a lot so you may want to limit search by Country and/or region or just type in 1 Sep 09 - 31 Dec 09 for example.
