Peter Pan
In connection with my work I will be spending 2/3 nights per week in Bristol for the forseeable future. Apart from Baltic Wharf can anyone recommend potential sites in the north of Bristol area? Thanks

ohgrandma
Hi, I would suggest you either get in touch with Bristol Tourist Board or Google in what you need and see what comes up on there, Sorry I cannot be of more help to you, But, Good Luck. Derek Uzzell
Peter Pan: I think you'll need to say what your maximum travelling radius is. There are a few CLs (most open all year) to the north of Bristol around the Aust area that will be significantly cheaper to stay on than Baltic Wharf and should be convenient enough to get into the city via the motorway network. As far as I'm aware Baltic Wharf is the sole Bristol 'city centre' campsite.
Peter Pan
Derek Thanks for the info. I have located what looks like a site at Aust using Google Earth. It is very close to the river estuary. I am travelling across to Wales on Wednesday, so I will take a look then. I will be using Baltic Wharf regularly but I need at least one alternatve. There is also a C&CC CS just north of Yate, otherwise this area seems a bit short of sites. Regards
