We are thinking of trying the Norfolk Line ferry from Dover to Dunkirk as it seems to offer the best fare for our motorhome, mid August/ Mid september. Anyone got experience of using this route?
For the return journey we would look at the early morning (06.00.AM) crossing, and would need to overnight at/near Dunkirk. What are the options, and are there any Aires or Parking overnight at the ferry terminal?

lots of options, best imo Gravelines and Fort St Phillipe about 10 minutes away,
sure this has featured - extensively - recently but can't get search to work,
suggest you try searching when system cooperating again
