However, I'm thinking of running in the Marathon there in November and would like to consider motoring down there and staying not too far away. Would appreciate any help. Many thanks! Keith T Posted May 5, 2009 Share Posted May 5, 2009 We stayed near Cannes a few years back on a site at Cannes la Bocca - about a mile or so from the main town, and also an easy walk to the local beach, and you could then walk along the promenade into Cannes itelf. There is a bus stop outside the site if you wish to take the 'easy'option. The site was called Parc Bellvue, and is listed in the CC Continental Guide, and also is in the Camping CHeque guide. Cam[ing cheques accepted in 2009 from 1/4 to 30/6 and then 1/9 to 30/9 Website: www.parcbellvue.com or e-mail contact@parcbellevue.com We found it a great site, and stayed some 7 nights rather than our intended 2!
