Will be traveling through there in July.

ACSI lists 73 sites in the Dolomites area.

The Dolomites region is however quite large, you can also locate them on the map in order to identify those in the area you intend to visit.
I think most of them are bookable in advance.
Indeed, it is advisable to do so, July-August are high season.
