I've spoke to Argos (one of the main UK retailers) and they've said if you ring their spares dept (Argos UK 0870 6092858) they'll attempt to get any spares you require (including instructions). It sleeps 4 people very comfortably, the only thing is that you all have to sleep in the same inner tent (as the thin divider is not up to much).
