| Cooking outside (I never cook in the MH). Often a challenge compared to home, especially in inclement weather, as is making interesting meals with relatively limited ingredients in the on-board spices, herbs, sauces & oils boxes plus what may be sourced locally. Eating outside is also entertaining, but of course a rare treat in the three years before this summer.....

| We usually have loads to talk about and the next journey to plan. By the time we have cooked, cleared up and thought about the pile of DVDs on board, we usually just fall into bed quite early and sleep like a pair of babies (we actually sleep better in the van than we do at home...).
If we aren't on the way somewhere and just dawdling along, we like nothing better than to sit outside with a glass of wine, chat to others and watch the world go by.....lovely.... |
