Epic contributor Posts: 1063 ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: Birmingham, Auto Trail Apache 632 (2017) | We tend to have several trips to Dartmoor, where we have Letterboxing Treks, especially for the Meet in March. If you don't know why Letterboxing is just google it.. Our main trip will be to Lake Garda stopping off at Annecy either on the way down or on the way back. We just don't seem to be able not to call in to Lake Annecy, must be the prettiest town in France ( or is it?) The rest is played by ear, but getting away whenever we can, rather be away than at home, somehow get in some games of golf also. ![]()

Just joined Posts: 4 | We are waiting patiently for d.v.l.a to send my husbands driving licence back as a 70 th birthday present, then France, Spain and Portugal are on the agenda. We will be back in u.k. by june and go to a couple of shows, and attempt to go to Tunisia via Italy and ferry to Tunis. Forum master Posts: 3241 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: France, or in our 2005 Burstner Privilege t585 | We're off to France in July for 3 weeks, clockwise tour during which we hope to co-incide with the Tour de France at least 3 times. Nothing booked except the ferry, so we might change our minds as we go along! But we'll also be doing all sorts of smaller trips, from the odd Sunday night away (Monday's my day off!) to a long weekend for my 60th birthday. Oh, and we'll also be also using the van as a cheap way to attend a conference later this month.

Having a look around Posts: 32 ![]() | 2012 will see us carrying on our wandering around Europe that we started in October last year. We'll keep going until we run out of money, then it'll be back to reality and getting jobs. In Jan we took a detour out of Europe into Morocco - well it was freezing everywhere - now hubby has been bitten by the bug and is talking about Tunisia, has anyone been? Just joined Posts: 2 | We had lots of plans both at home in UK and in Europe! Then last month along came a German Lorry Driver travelling TOO FAST & TOO CLOSE to stop, when we had to for Roadworks. Result We are now looking for a replacement motorhome for our Hymer B 630 which we had just got upto the stadard we required. This has been "written off" by the insurance company. So if anyone knows of a Lefthand drive, Rear wheel drive, with Garage and good payload, PLEASE get in touch.

Keeps coming back for more Posts: 199 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: Hobby Van T500 FSC | We spent 7 weeks in France in April/May from Calais to Cannes (and bumped into (not literally) a chap called Brian Kirby - resident of this parish). September will see us on a GB Privilege tour of a month in the Alps (we tend to do one such tour each year) and we will probably take another 2 or 3 weeks to travel back from where we finish up in Italy. Other than that, we tend to get away every month in the UK for 10 days or so (December through February less so, unless weather is reasonable) . In total we spend about 120 nights in the Van each year and travel around 8000 miles. Great life! Richard.
