    I want to change to a lithium battery and the sales people said that I would need to check the output of the alternator. Does anyone know where I can find this info TIA Andy

    One of the beauties of a refillable system is that you can top up. I would recommend keeping an eye on your usage and just top up when you can. A weekend of fridge, cooker & heating seems to use about 4 litres in our van.
