The people who got it spoke to Adria who advised that after changing charger box (white box next to batteries) to discharge batteries completely then fully charge to reset the system They did this but the ? And charger battery lights stayed on so next step they said is have the panel checked Everything is working as normal except these lights on panel are staying on

I'm not sure if it's allowed on here or if your willing but I could call you and maybe make more sense

Yes the 12v still work When ehu the yellow light did not come on saying it was plugged in but everything still worked on the second trip out the question mark light cane on and even though it was plugged in to ehu the red light came on saying charge batteries It went to garage and they said the charger unit (next to batteries) was blown they changed it and the yellow light started working but the question mark staying flashing and charge battery light stayed on but they rell me it's all functioning as it should but these light (? And charge light ) stay on so they saying the next step is have control panel checked (batteries are all good and functioning as they should

The van has been in the garage for 4 weeks they changed the charger unit but the lights on panel stayed on indicating a problem apparently everything is working but the panel is not recognising the batteries I have the panel which I'm taking to a specialist tomorrow When I put my theory forward they seemed to agree I really am at my whit's end with it all

Thanks all for replies Apparently I have caused the problem bu using the 240 and 12v at the same time I have burned charger unit out and caused problems with the lt500 control panel My question is does this sound feasible that you can't use both at same time Any replies greatly appreciated

Apparently I have been using 240 and 12v at same time and burnt charger unit and damaged lt500 panel I was not aware you could only use one at a time does this make sense to you

good evening all A few weeks ago I posted about a problem with the lT 500 panel was grateful for all the replies any way it turns out (apparently) While I was connected to the EH I was also using the 12v at same time which has caused all my problems it burnt the charger unit out and now that's replaced the control panel needs fixing Does this sound right to anyone that you can't use both at same time ? And does this make sense of the problems I have had grateful for any advice

Thank you all for your replies The person who did the habitation check tells me he has probably upset the relays and it needs resetting (can't speak direct it's through his wife) he says he can do it in a weeks time Unless somebody knows how I can reset it on here

Thank you all But to clarify When I'm hooked up to ehu the light does not come on saying hooked up *but everything 240v works When you push the button to check batteries the red charge light comes on and the ? Light flashes red This has only started happening since I had a habitation check on Thursday

Good afternoon I have an adria lt 500 control panel Everything seems to be working except the light telling me I'm hooked up to mains Everything that is 240v is working in the van but it does not seem to be charging the leisure batteries The question mark is flashing indicating a problem Any help would be greatly appreciated
