  1. Hi. I never have any issue with this before. And i also never ues it as run without the wardrobe box furniture part. In this time i take a test run. The boxes was opened. I fixed some part of the water pipe system. My hand touch the bottom part of the aluminum. And i just was surprised by the burning hot feeling. And i took a question for pros!! 😄
  2. OH! Thanx a lot. What you wrote is reassuring, that this hot is normal. Even you are right! The Hymer now is built it into a fully closed box, which are can not breathing. Maybe i will build in an additional fan for it!
  3. My problem is that the lower, aluminum part of the boiler, where the air vents are, feels too hot. I couldn't experience this before. It's just weird to me, but maybe it's completely normal. I have a question to make sure where I should go next. The Truma service step is of course a logical idea. I called 3 as well. My problem is that there is now a one-week training course here and none of the companies can accept it. In Mikoz, the companies give the earliest appointment for 2 weeks after that. I want to go on a 3-month trip with my family on Friday.
  4. Hi All. I hava a Truma C 4002 Hetar in my Hymer B510. Last year was the first time that i used it for a trip. Than it works well. Nothing happened. I parked it for a half year and now cos the cold weather is coming, i start to burn up my Truma heater. Couse another cleaning, repairing projects of the water tube system, the interior boxes shelves were disapart around the heater. Today, when i just take a test ride, and even check the whole water system and my hand touch the accidently the aluminum bottom part of the heater, where the heater blowing out the air on that 4 tube part. And it as REALLY HOT!! It is burn my hand in a secound! I'm not sure if it is. is it working correctly? The gas line enters the system there, and the water heater is also there. And not far from it, the flame burns inside and heats the water. So it's possible that this is normal, come to think of it. However, it was so hot that it could have burned my hands worse. Of course, it was covered by the furniture before and I didn't touch this part. I set the heater to make water at 40 degrees. As before, it prepared the water in 20p and stopped. I did not measure the temperature of the water. My question is, is it proper operation that the bottom of the stove is so hot there? Is it normal because the combustion chamber is 15 cm deeper and the whole thing is a common aluminum unit and therefore it overheats, or could there be something wrong with the system that it is so hot?! I cant count the celsius! It is hot that like.. when you touch, you have to take away your hands from there inmadietly.
