Trying to find a new 240 cooling element for my old Dometic fridge. Is there much difference between an RM 7290 and the RM7290L

I have this part number 921085347 but it is for an RM 7290 and wondered if it will fit an L model as well.

Desperate to source the right one as Le Shuttle is waiting for us in 3 weeks!!
