As a new customer I received 15 months coverage for the price of 12 months. The subscription expires on 25th October 2008. Last week I did my monthly update of the data and discovered that my coverage has been extended until 25th January 2009. An extra 3 months! I then sent an email to Navman UK. I received a reply the next day with a vague reference to the fact that the company, at some point, did a 18month for 12 promotion.
