robin
Hello Everyone, Any up to date experiences to report? - I have heard on the grapevine there are some shortages due to the fishermen blockades, but haven't found any real info whilst googling. robin
Randonneur - 2008-05-30 12:37 PM What shortages? As far as I can tell, the fishermen are continuing to block the oil terminals (e.g. at La Rochelle and Sables d'Olonne) - it looks like it could be beginning to bite across western France. http://www.completefrance.com/cs/forums/1248407/ShowPost.aspx
Randonneur
The link says that any action will be called off on Monday. It also says that there are shortages in the Charente. Well, the Charente is rather a large Departement and we are in the South Charente and there are no shortages here. Price yesterday for diesel at our local Supermarket was €1.41 very pricey.
