Yes Don, you are correct it is a proper "sale" as prices a lot lower for same times as earlier in year. my July out august back is now £62 when it was over £130 earlier this year.....

 

I still prefer the tunnel though, especially at peak times and during disputes as over Witsun week........ *-)

Just tried the link and found exactly the opposite! My crossing in August cost me £37.50 but today's quote is £75!

All the ferry companies only seem to have decent offers on channel crossings.

 

Never seem to have anything worth bothering with on Irish sea crossings, not everyone is obsessed with France.

 

Thank goodness for Tesco vouchers I say.
