In May i bought a pair of headlight protectors with beam deflectors from them and they delivered the wrong ones so i sent them back via the post office total cost £55 (with the return postage). They said that they would dispatch the right ones and i didn't hear any more. I've phoned a couple of times and today my call was answered by a man who said " hello formula4" when i explained what had happened he said that they were now 4x4 accessories or similar and basically i shoud direct my call the the reciever company. I don't they'll be interested in a creditor owed £50. perhaps I'm being cynical but is this a way of a company writing off it's debts then trading under a different name (same phone number and staff and telephone greeting).
