Apparently it is a prepaid card available from Punto Blu service centres and Societa Autostrade toll stations. It is supposed to enable you to pay for Italian tolls without having to part with coins and notes etc. - just put card in machine and the toll is deducted.... We are looking at a way to pay tolls simply and quickly as you can use the lanes marked with the VIACARD sign and not queue as long as the cash lanes.
