Whilst idly twiddling the controls of a short wave radio on the Mediterranean coast a couple of weeks ago I picked up a Croatian radio station (broadcasting in English). They were taliking about some new charges 'proposed' ( or at least being discussed ) by the Slovenian authourities for transiting through their country. I'm afraid I really only caught the end of the report but it may be worthwhile for anyone going that way to make further enquiries, or just take some extra Slovenian cash with them so they are not taken by surprise.
