Repairing window blinds

Hi folks

I have recently bought (privately) a second hand CI Riviera. After some use two of the window blinds are stuck in the 'up' position and will not retract.

I suspect this is a regaular problem with MHs and caravans so can anyone help with advice on how to do a DIY repair?

No quick answer here but the problems and answers to blinds was in one past magazine some time ago. Anyone remember this and the company for parts ? Will interogate my files whenever.

What kind of blinds are they? the pleated ones like we have Ive noticed sometimes feel as if they are sticking a bit after they have been up a while when not in use, maybe a bit of steam could loosen them.
