On Amazon there's many ad's about the Civil War. I'm after the EXACT SHOWING. Many of the blockade runners(esp CSS Alabahma) were built at Cammell Lairds shipyard and the spies and agents from both sides lived in and around here and in Liverpool. Inn fact a local Councillor has made a tudy of the event and travels to the states on lecture tours, informing them on their own history! Wirral has been twinned with the confederate states as an historical partner. Sites at Thursaston,Wirral Cointry and Chester 15 miles away.
