Didn't /don't know where any of them are but all beautiful and certainly better than Glasgow at the moment where the rain is belting down. I would participate but my techie skills are dreadful and I haven't worked out how to post photos.

Don, Croatia ? honestly no idea ...

Judge is it key west again

No......O hang on which one? the beach scene or castle ...the answers still no either way :-D W2G I was not strictly correct. it is not a moat as castle sits on a lake which runs all around it. I want the name of place not the lake as thats a bit obvious lol

I was a bit naughty posting that one - it's Bodrum Castle in Turkey.

This should be an easy one for those who have travelled to Eastern Europe.

Elegant, formal layout with a military feel to it.  Limestone columns with very clipped grass foreground.

My guess would be somewhere in the North West of Belgium . . . . maybe in the "Flanders Field" region.  Therefore, I'd have a crack at a military cemetery in or around Ypres/Ieper?

W2GO very good guess ..nearly hot but not hot enough . Change countrys

and its yours ..

Please someone answer Patricia been dying to clear the old ones from Don judge & Carol..

Hmmm . . . I wonder which bit is warm?

Is it in Belgium?

My second guess would be the North of France maybe around Arromanche or close to one of the D-Day beaches?

Failing that is it a very grand entrance to a pizza parlour in Italy?

Just found this thread - really interesting. Carol is it Omaha? Judge is it Avignon? Don is it Arles?

My pic was Prague Castle.
