Cattwg
We are thinking of going to this Fayre held at the end of November. Has anyone been - is is good? And can anyone suggest a campsite in the area. Thank you. Cattwg
Derek Uzzell
Cattwg: Can't help with the November Fayre I'm afraid, but, if you GOOGLE-search pages form the UK using "ludlow campsite", you'll find there are a few to choose from. One of the nice things about Ludlow is that there's a Park & Ride scheme on the east edge of town with masses of free parking (stabilised grass surface) and 50p per person return bus-travel into the town (free if you've got an oldies bus-pass). If you look at the Moran Motorhomes advert in MMM, the Park & Ride area is located close to the A49, to the right off the lower roundabout. Minstrel
Derek You're a brave man to call people with a bus pass oldies. I got mine a month ago and don't feel at all old. I play league badminton - club two evenings a week and tennis at our local indoor club twice weekly for three hours. We walk regularly as well. Shame on you (don't take this too seriously)
Cattwg
Thank you for the reply Derek. I'm a little suprised that more people are not interested in the Fayre. But then again we only discovered it this year. Regards John :-)
