Seasons Greetings

We're off Friday afternoon to spend Christmas in Bristol (Baltic Wharf) and then a few days in either Bath (Marina) or possibly Exmoor, before celebrating the arrival of the New Year by the New Forest. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Whatever you're doing, enjoy! Regards Neal

Neal We were wanting to go to Bristol but couldn't get in - can you put a report on the Forum when you get back of what it's like as we're going for a few days in July instead. Hope you have a great time over the festive season and no doubt we'll 'speak' in the new year. Mel B

we stayed at bristol last weekend and had a good time, if you walk out the back gate ( key loaned to you ) you can walk into the city centre about 15 mins or go by the water ferry the return cost is £2.40 per adult.also nice pub by the back gate with good food all day but beer a little dear. or you can pick a bus outside the gate on the road. nb last ferry leaves city centre at 5.50 pm dave merry xmas all readers

Mel Davebess has said it all really. Handy for City Centre, handy for SS Gt Britain, handy for Bristol museum. Site on the river front, pub next door! The site is small-to-medium but has a few pitches suitable for the bigger motorhome. From memory it is all hardstanding. Regards Neal

Lucky you Neal! At home for both Christmas and New Year here! Where abouts in the Forest will you be? As I live at Cadnam could possibly meet up for a pint. Seasons greeting to all Pat
