Brian Kirby
I have seen a few vans with a (apparently) outline transfer map of Europe on the back panel. The owners then seem to have added solid colour country infills to show where they have been. Quite jolly, and maybe a conversation piece. Does anyone know any more about these? Mike Hol
These are available in the UK from vicarious books. I ordered one myself only yesterday. Apparently they are German and have the various countries written in German. I looked for them in dealers whilst we were over there earlier this year but couldn't find any. Regards, Mike Hol. Guest Tracker
All very pretty but unless you can remove it, it may well impact on the van's value come trade in time, as I sure as heck don't want a van with other folk's graphics plastered all over it's rear end no matter how pretty they are! BGD
What happens when there's political change and borders move/countries get re-named, or new ones emerge from the breakup of old ones? Nightmare trying to keep it up to date....imagine all the crossings out and handwritten amendments after a few years...
