747 Captain
Sorry for the first post being one asking for help but... I recently lost the DVD function from my MH TV...model similar to this below... http://www.wedodigital.co.uk/product/2041/vason--15.0-portable-freeview-tv--dvd-player/vas-dvd150b/ I think our wee one was playing with the remote and pressed factory reset and since then it's lost all traces of its DVD player function (absent from any on screen menus). At a guess there must be some sort of button sequence or firmware updating process that should bring it back....but I haven't found anything even after emailing the above vendor who appeared to be very unhelpful in me sourcing a solution... Has anybody had a similar experience and can offer a solution? Thanks in advance. Jon
tof
Hi Jon and Welcome to the forum I have same one, it doesn't play some DVDs but still plays most. Complained and got software update from them very promptly. Loaded new software but didn't improve situation. If my little one wants a certain DVD which won't play she has to lump it. I can forward the file with their instructions if you want to have a go as you may get back your DVD function. Tof
