pgh
I'm after a cheap quiet site on the riviera in the agay area as i am fed up with paying £50 a night on camping esterell ? Preferably walking distance to beach or is it possible to go on a motorhome site in august as you cant book ? Thanx Paul
Klyne
It will, of course, depend on the time of year. There are quite a few sites that accept either Camping Cheques or the ACSI Card but only out of the main season. £50 a night does seem a bit steep! j watson
you could try camping eurl agay soleil backs directly onto beach, in June 2006 24.5 euro no elect but small pitchs very clean with restaurant on site. From Frejus follow road around the bay at Agay just past the sailing club on the right at the start of the hill .
Guest JudgeMental
But £50’ish is the going rate for top sites in popular beach side locations and has been for years...... It helps keep the riff raff away :-D Just go a little inland and prices reduce substantially or visit out of season.
derek500
We stayed at the 14€ per night (15€ this year) ACSI site Camping Les Cigalons, (Fréjus) in October. Just across the road from the beach and free wi-fi too!!
