Watch out for the price as it seems to vary radically. I'm not sure whether this is what you are looking for. The Gaslow adapter converts a UK-standard butane hose (or a UK-standard 27mbar butane regulator) that connects to a 4.5kg Calor butane gas-bottle so that a Campingaz cylinder can be used instead. I don't know what a "red butane gas adapter" is, but it's virtually certain that any adapter you are currently employing will first need to be removed to allow the Gaslow adapter to be fitted in its place.
