RDG Posted February 3, 2009 Share Posted February 3, 2009 It looks like Boris may have saved my van, he has just announced stopping phase three of the zone which was due in 2010. It would have meant I could only turn one way out of my house without driving into the London LE Zone which would have cost a fortune if I paid the fee or an even larger fine if they caught me not paying.
