Leisure Batteries Not Charging on 240v.

Van is hooked up to 240v when parked in front of the Garage.

I usually leave the heating on it's lowest setting to reduce the chill inside the van, fridge is also left on.

This morning I noticed a heavy frost on the van and decided to check it.

Looked inside to see no power was showing on the control panel, 12v was lit when I pressed the switch but no 240v was showing where it should.

I then tried the interior lights and the 12v battery alarm sounded...leisure batteries flat. Checked all the cables and fuses and 240v was getting to the van, the fridge and even the AC unit on the roof but not charging the leisure batteries.

Out came the manual and after double checking all the fuses, the Elektroblock EBL 99 came out to check the internal fuse.....which was blown.

Easy fix I thought, got an equivalent fuse and popped it in...only for it to pop again....hmmmm I thought.

Having checked everything, I'm stumped.

Is it water in the 240v Socket/Plug?

Is it the EBL 99 with a blown PCB?

I'm not sure....any ideas?

(BTW Engine starts fine and charges leisure batteries as normal)
