sunbeam Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 In Portrush there is a very large car park overlooking the sea called Landsdown Cres it held 150 to 200 motor homes no problem and has been a very attraction for many years for the nortwest 200 motorbike road race and air show ect but the D.O.E. roads have given way to pressure from local caravan sites [well one really] and put a one in every two hours parking restriction in place and no parking between 9pm and 9am in force.The money that these motorhomes bring in is huge to the local tourist industry is it any wonder we go to france ect WHEN WILL THESE PEOPLE WISE UP *-) :-( >:-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
