spospe
You do not say which model of toilet you have, but if it is a C2 type, then you have to pull out the toilet roll holder in order to get at the pump. There are no screws securing the hoder, it's just held in by friction.
mike 202
I have a Thetford C200/CWE toilet and to get at the pump you have to prize of the surround to the electric flush button and then remove 4 screws. To get this information I rang Thetford UK, who were really helpfull when I thought that my pump had frozen, in the event I just waited for the temperature to rise and I was lucky - all was OK. So my suggestion would be to ring Thetford and ask, if in the unlikely event that you do not get the information on the forum

SBS
You will find the Thetford schematics and guides useful: http://www.thetford-europe.com/web/show/id=91559/langid=42 Mike
Derek Uzzell
This is any earlier forum thread on much the same issue http://www.outandaboutlive.co.uk/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=8016&posts=7 It would appear that access to the pump is relatively straightforward.
