howie
Hi Mendi. Use online most of the time myself, and no problems so far, but if you are concerned why not write them a letter. The benifits of a written application is that this will be acknowledged and filed, and should there be a problem in the future you will have least shown that you fully intended to renew and the onus to put things right is left with them. Mendipman It is sent out approx 3 months before your 70th birthday, so it's not late yet. If you intend to drive a vehicle over 3.500tons you will need to send in a medical report with your application. I'm told that the medical, which you have to pay for, could be around £80, but check with your local surgery. :-|
DEEANDEM
Hi Mendipman If you wear glasses that will be another test plus extra cost. The good thing is you only need to replace your licence every 3 years. Derrick
