kelly58
Sorry if I have missed this on an earlier thread , but what is the speed limit on an unrestricted road for a 3ton gross motorhome where the national limit is 60mph the reason I ask a friend of mine has just received a speeding ticket for exceeding 50mph in his transit van he was clocked on the A52 near Grantham doing 60 mph which he thought he was legal to do we thought the standard limits were ok 30 / 40 / 60 and 70 on a motorway for any vehicle not exceeding 3.5 tons. colin
Tried pulling thread up on search, but it's not playing ball. If he was in a commercial van he's nicked. If it's motorhome it's 60 up to 3050kg unladen weight, strange I know but such is life.
