I have a Phantom package and for the best part of two years have had excellent service. (never stolen but accidentilly left on, contacted via mobile almost immediately, even in France) However on our first trip of 2009 I decided to do a check and left it on, nothing!! On our return home there was a message on the answerphone, not a lot of use. When i phoned they said that the contact numbers, previously used were not on file. "new system?"I confirmed them again and also sent a confirmation letter. A further trip with the system left on produced NOTHING. I have spoke to the M/D who assures me that he will sort it out. If it did get stolen who do you think would pay, the insurance,Phantom or "joe soap". MOTTO test occasionally, don't assume. chris Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
hymer1942 Posted April 13, 2009 Share Posted April 13, 2009 Hi Chris, I have got the 5 year package from Phantom on my Hymer S 650 and have checked it just once in 3 months got a text on mobile and a call on landline within the hour.
