Ongoing camper air bag problems

I contacted the forum some months ago about a brand new, £39.5K VW camper I’d bought. I’d found the day after delivery it had no VW factory fitted passenger airbag.

It was therefore not a normal motor-home VW base vehicle & definitely not what I’d ordered.

 

This matter is still ongoing but I did appreciate your suggestions.

 

I’m updating you now because South Gloucestershire Trading Standards have recently contacted our dealer and would appreciate hearing from you or from anyone else you’ve heard of who’s experienced difficulties with Beetles (UK) Ltd., otherwise known as Danbury Motor Caravans.
