This question came up some time ago. I can't give you the link but it was last August (19th) on Motorhome Matters so you can scroll back through to see it.

Some useful info there for you.

Have just found it on page 46 !

(I'm sure one of our computer whizz kids will be along to give you a link to it)

Yes it is possible to stay we have done it.

There is a large bus park you can use, no problem free and there is also a terraced car park very near the gardens where we stayed, again free but use the highest level where there is a little more room for campers which they all use and very few cars go this far up the terraces, very convenient and most enjoyable.

Hi Alan, to add to the above comments we have also stayed on the terraced car park no trouble, but would add go in the evening when the gardens are shut, then you can have your pick where to park, and then be able to get into the gardens as soon as they open, before they get to busy, very well worth the visit. • 4 weeks later...

We are just back from France and visted Monet's Garden. We were able to park in the Car Park beside the Garden. The BUS park does not allow M/H parking. Suggest you go early in the day to secure a space. Not aware of anywhere to overnight in Giverny itself. We stayed at nearby Vernon at Camping des Fosses Rouge.

Regards

Laurence

Were there too last week (Hymervan - wonder if you were the 'other' Hymer van in the car park when we were there?). Chap at the coach car park directed us to the terrace car park and said we could stay there overnight if we wanted. If you accidentally go into the coach car park first and politely ask the attendant where you can park a camping car we found he turned from Mr Grumpy into Mr Helpful and as well as directions gave us a free map of the gardens which doesn't seem to be available at the gardens itself.
