The parking along the quay near Nautica in Bologne is now prohibited to motorhomes - we tried to stay there last week. :-( Also the large adjacent car park has a maximun stay of 8 hours - this costs €4.80. Mel B Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 When we were last there in 2007 the parking of motorhomes had already been stopped at the quay side, however, the police directed us to 'Le Portel' (not the town, the dock area just across the quay) and we were able to stay there for the night - it's the bit at the rear of the marina just next to the entrance to the ferry port. Charles Chodkowski Posted May 29, 2009 Share Posted May 29, 2009 We used the same place as Mel last September with no problems, easy walk to Nautica, into the town and nice and quiet for the night, There were about twelve other motorhomes there with us.
