vindiboy
It's probably been asked before, but what is good for removing fine scratches from van windows ? Please. :-) :-)
Chris B
Fenwick's make a cream called Windowize, availiable from many caravan dealers. I have just brought a tube cost £4.50 I have not had a chance to use it yet so I can't say if it works.
libby
Never touch my plastic windows, not even to dust them, marks can never be removed so I don't add more.
cask
I have used "Windowize" and it has easily removed light scrartches from my windows. It has also restored the finish to some fairly heavily scratched Perspex, but this took a little more effort. Andrew
David Dwight
I have used Duraglit Silver polish wadding, its takes a time to do but it is a very gentle abrasive. Wash the windows well first to make sure they are very clean then dry and work on them. Mer applied with a very soft cloth is as good. David. Guest Tracker
T Cut or even rubbing down compound will help remove or disguise deep scars but be very careful how you use these products and try to keep the area polished as compact as you can. You may well also then need to remove the abrasion marks from these coa**e polishes with a fine polish such as Brasso or Silvo or a car body polish or something similar but do be wary of how you use any of those polishes that contain any solvent based liquids.
