little-jack
Silicone spray is an effective way of keeping the windows from sticking to the rubber, and easier to apply than talc. They also need to be opened regularly.
Guest Tracker
But silicone spray can eventually go sticky and - er - stick - and it don't smell as nice as talcum powder!
Big Momma
I used to have a product called "Armor All", it was a spray that was designed for rubber to keep it supple and stop drying out and cracking, it worked a treat. Cannot find it anywhere these days. I too use Silicone Spray, spray on to a soft clean rag and wipe all the rubber seals, never had a problem yet. Auto Glym also do a rubber care treatment, have not used this myself so cannot comment on how good/bad it is.

Ranger
Just a little bit, but not a lot, of good old fashioned vaseline rubbed onto the rubber. .
