Guest Alf W
Does anyone have a solution to the bonnet catch problem on the Boxer ? My A/S Executive had a difficult catch. Took a huge tug to get it open. I've just tried to open my recently acquired Ravenna to find I can't move it at all. Is there a technique ? Is it just bad design ? Is it a common problem ? Guest brian kitson
HI ALF, GET AN ASSISTANT TO PRESS DOWN ON THE BONNET WHILE YOU PULL THE CATCH THEN TELL THE ASSISTANT TO LET GO AND IT SHOULD OPEN THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE HOW MUCH PLAY YOU HAVE ON THE CABLE, IT MIGHT JUST NEED ADJUSTING. GOOD LUCK BRIAN.

Guest nigel
hi alf have the same problem, but find that if you screw in the rubber buffers in on the corners of the bonnet it allows a bit of play which stops it being to tight. hope this helps nigel
