Guest Videomaster
I have just returned from a holiday on France and Italy - cleaning the van shows some grey mottled spots that appear as if they have been thrown up from the wheels. We did cross some road laying in Italy. They have an oily feel when you try to remove them, and water does not stick to them. I don't want to damage the coack work, has anyone expereinced this any suggestions on cleaning them off without damage please? I tried Fenwicks normal cleaning fluid but it hasn't worked. Guest peter
White spirit will get it off without damaging the paint. Just give it a quick wash and put on some polish afterwards.
