cheetahdavie
No its nothing to do with Jacobs Creak or any other Australian wine. Cant wait to get back out there[Aus] in September? Its my "van". It "creaks"..honest.. don't laugh..it really "creaks" I stand nearby and listen..it makes the most horrible creaks and I believe it groans as well. No one in it,everything out of it,it just creaks..honest..loud and noisy creaks? Stress [not me..the van?] or what? Does yours creak?

Derek Uzzell
cheetahdavie - 2009-07-19 12:47 AM Does yours creak? Yes. The bodywork of coachbuilt motorhomes is likely to creak spontaneously as it warms up and cools down. As far as I can see, it's pretty much inevitable given the way that they are built. Anyway, shouldn't you logically expect a motorhome called "Carioca" to be loud and noisy? ;-)
cheetahdavie
Nice one Derek..I cant top that (lol) The creak is a real creak though..makes my karaoke seem "decent" *-)
Ranger
At sea we used to say with our wooden boats "If they don't creak they will crack" So if you have a wood framed coach built don't worry, it will not crack...................
