new to the game Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 Just wondering if anyone can point us in the direction of local firm in Northumberland, Newcastle area and down as far as Durham, Teeside, for 2 leisure batteries, Solar panel before our next trip to France in September. GJH Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 Living on Tees-side we buy most of our bits and pieces/consumables from Hadrian Leisure in Stockton. Their prices are pretty good and they are only a couple of miles away so low diesel costs (we can usually combine visits with going into Stockton for other things anyway). With our leisure battery being 5 years old I had a look at prices at various shows on the grounds that competition might mean reduction. In Hadrian last week I looked at their prices and found that they charge about the same as suppliers we saw at shows so, when the time comes, we'll probably go there.
