lennyhb
Just noticed Brownhills are flogging stock on Ebay, they must be getting desperate. Their DSR rating are rubbish, no surprise there if what we here about their customer service is anything to go by. Not much attention to detail either all sorts of items in the wrong categories in their Ebay shop.
johnsandywhite
B-) They have been on Ebay for quite some time now. I called in a couple of weeks ago after veiwing the Suntor 630G I bought privately. The same model, same year and similar mileage was NOT in a good condition for inspection or in a sale. It was £9,000 more than I paid for mine privately. Go figure? 8-)
lennyhb
They have been registered members since Nov 07 but only have a feedback rating of 158 & that's pretty grim as well, only 97.4%, mine is 100% and I get 400-500 positive a month. One example of their negative feedback:- 'Not as described. Engine needed major attention, bodywork rotten all round.'
Rapido-lass
Perhaps they think they can fool more people by using ebay
Guest peter
But as a company, they are still subject to the trades description act and are liable if mis-describing products.
