eric hobson
Hi, I was led to beleive that the problem did not exist on the 3.0 l model. Are there people now reporting problems with this engine or is it only applicable to the 2.3l model? (lol)
Porky
If you plough through all of the previous thread you will find references to the 3l. I have the 3l automatic and it does not have the fault. Roy Fuller
colin
I've never driven a 3l, but I've seen posts of those with manual version that complain of judder and also cooked clutchs which seems to be a feature of this model!
RonB
I had the 3.0L manual Peugoet version and it certainly had the well documented transmission problem.
bobalobs
I only know two people with 3 litre panel van ducato conversions and both have reverse gear problems to differing degrees. As far as I can ascertain fiat deny any problem exists with this model and it is up to you to decide whether you believe them .I have suspended my order which shows my view. bobalobs
Sorry I should of made clear the two people I know have the manual versions. Those with the automatic seem happy at least at this stage.
