Says it has heated showers, and 10A elect. Site is mainly statics, with a few touring pitches. 140, rue Brune - 59116 HOUPLINES, Tél/Fax : 03 20 35 69 42. http://www.campingimage.com/I have not used this site, it comes from the Caravan Club guide. However, it is the only site I can find near to Calais that appears to have a heated shower/loo block and is listed as open all year. You may have to knock someone up in February, though, so I wouldn't arrive after dark!The Fontaine des Clercs appears to lack heated showers and is reported as 6A electricity.
