David Dwight Posted November 15, 2009 Share Posted November 15, 2009 The said rule laid down by the CC regarging spacing between outfits is actuasly a law laid down by DEFRA, if as you said the Warden did not take notice of you complaint, then you need to readdress this with the CC itself, as this is a serious issue. We belong to a little Caravan Club and when we are on any site or Rally this rule applies to us as well as any other Caravan club or organisation who operate sites in the UK. David.
