I paid £240 for a 2008 Hymer Tramp SL, no additional security required. When I was shopping around for quotes most companies wanted a tracker fitting for vans over 40k, also found that Caravan Guard won't insure a new van unless it's brought from a UK dealer (could this be against EU law).
